GUARANTEE INVALID, IF INFLATABLE PFD NOT SELF SERVICED EVERY YEAR

Guarantee covers:

• Use only in normal leisure conditions

• All parts and labor resulting from defective components,

material or workmanship

Guarantee does not cover:

• Use in industrial or commercial conditions

• Use for prolonged periods of time in severe conditions

• Accidental damage, mistreatment or any repair not carried

out by an approved service agent.

• Normal wear and tear or misuse

Guarantee is invalid if:

• Marlin does not receive your completed registration form.

• You do not maintain the life jacket  according to manufacturer’s instructions following the annual self inspections and keeping records of them.

• You do not purchase and use manufacturer’s spare parts.

• You sell or otherwise transfer the life jacket to another party.
